Chief Designer/Managing Director
Mary is a highly-skilled architect with over 12 years of industry experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative design solutions to every project she works on. Looking for more opportunities, she moved to UAE in 2018 and since then has worked on international projects. Mary has developed a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by international projects. As the chief designer at Exin Company, Mary is responsible for managing all aspects of the design process, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence have made her a valued member of the Exin team, and a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients.
In Dubai, She has done lighting design and art consultancy for 5-star hotels.

Reyhan has a master degree in interior design and bachelor degree in architecture. she is specialization in BIM modeling, through her expertise in BIM modeling, Reyhan helps her clients to create digital 3D models of which leads to efficient and cost-effective building processes.

BIM Modeling – Phase 1 & 2 architectural drafting
Nadia has MA degree in architecture. She has international Autodesk Revit Architecture and Structure certificate. Nadia's extensive knowledge and experience in the field of architecture make her a valuable asset to any project she works on, ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.

Architecture animation - Unreal Engine - 3D modeling - 3D diagram - 3D Rendering
architect who is passionate about her work and has dedicated herself to constantly improving her skills and knowledge. Samira lives in the vibrant city of Berlin. She has master’s degree from “BHT university of Berlin”. Samira enjoys experimenting with different designs and is always on the lookout for ways to incorporate sustainable practices in her work.

Introducing Pourya, an esteemed member of our team at Exin Design. Pourya holds a master's degree in architecture from Soore Art University and brings extensive expertise to our projects. With a background in architectural software instruction, Pourya is proficient in essential tools such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Unreal Engine, and Substance Painter. His architectural insight and software proficiency enhance our design process, enabling us to create innovative and visually captivating architectural solutions for our clients.
Meet Maryam

With a double Master’s degree in Architecture and Architecture Typology from “Technical University Berlin”, she has gained extensive knowledge in designing a range of architectural projects. Maryam is always seeking innovative solutions to complex design challenges. Her attention to details, ability to think outside the box & creativity allows her to design spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and efficient.
